I just back to -------- this evening at ---pm. My meeting today was very very Good everythings was approved, the trader\"s representative flew in to--------- from USA this morning, purposes to bring documents for my signature and opening of trading Bank Account. Regarding to the USD100M I have got a Bank in ------------------------------ is ready and willing to give a loan against this BG for -------- and also willing to do Bank to Bank swift verify, this is using a Coperate Company in ---------Bank facility and they agreed to my proposal we provide them the Bank instrument to pledge for the loan and after we use the cash fund and place for Fixed Deposit to put in for program or to place for a Bank Guarantee all profit will be on --% / --% we can do this is because the Bank Manager knows me and also confident that he could help for all mutual benefit. The same goes to the 900M, if you agree to this offer, you have to bring the original BG to the Bank and the Bank will issue us a receipt of acceptance back to us, and after this the Swift will begin. We are ready anytime to start, just we need the BG to place with the Bank first. Please consider, this is a very good oppotunity.
To share with you, What ever instruments on my side will get the Funds release first I definately will help for you project in anyway. Please don\"t worry tomorrow will be a better day for us.

Do not worry, I will help to verify the 100M and 900M, I have arrange with the Bank Of ----------and they are willing to help for the verifing for both BG from UBS. The Manager is already here today and I will meet them tonight. For my other instruments is confirmed and approved and I don\"t see there is any problems.

I will let you know of our meeting with Bank Of **************************on the 100M and 900M.
