Is MB policy half  price of apartment possible ?

Government have tried much for optimum use of private capital such as pension funds, public sale of building lots etc., for good price of apartment since the 1990year

But, MB government is endeavoring for realization of half the price apartment to interest style sale in lots system introduction continuously in participation government\"s barter conditionality and land lease department\"s failure.

Then, may realization of half the price apartment be possible how?

First, new government comes in establishment of Korea Instrument Bank(KIB). And calculate apartment price by apartment site and abstraction construction expense that is construction schedule newly. Of course, KIB must reach an Endorse Agreement by bank within World bank ranking 10th.   

By Backing up abstraction apartment price , KIB publishes Bank Guarantee(BG) and receives endorsement that World Bank ranking A grade endorse or is  reissue BG under  Bank name that do endorse.. As BG under endorsement or reissue BG, Must applicate PPP Trading  in Europe bank and receive cash. . Of course, this time, must submit apartment project that receive governmental acceptance Once PPP Trading start, Financing is solved according to construction expense process within longest 60 day via preparatory period.

 Now, New Korea government is that it should not depend on Non governmental funds in serious view . Please, do not follow in the steps as it is past experience if depend on and construct  Non governmental Funds in korea KOREA  need  conversion of International Financing & Investment Policy and cognition in now.
